How do I enroll in Online Banking?
It’s easy to enroll in just a few steps to set up your User ID and Password. Have your Banesco USA account number ready.
Is there a fee to use Online Banking?
Banesco USA does not charge a fee to use BanesOnline. Enrollment is free. There are no fees to view account information like balance and transaction history, or to receive eStatements. Bill Pay is also free for standard delivery times; a fee will apply if you request expedited delivery. Account transaction fees and service fees apply, including wire transfers and stop payments. Do I have to have a computer to use Online Banking?
You can access Online Banking from a computer connected to the internet and from any smartphone, tablet or other mobile device with web-enabled browser.
What is Card Controls in Online Banking?
Card Controls is a powerful tool that helps you protect your account from fraud because you control how your Banesco USA Visa Debit Card is used. You can turn the card on and off, set spending limits, set preferences so your card can only be used in the geographic areas or with the merchants you select and you can report a lost or stolen card. Can I use Bill Pay to pay someone who does not accept electronic payments?
Yes. You can pay any person or business with a U.S. bank account. If your payee does not accept an electronic payment, we will issue a paper check and mail it for you at no additional charge.
